01leads provides an AI-powered real estate lead capture platform ("01leads AI") as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. The service includes AI chat, AI-generated buyer and seller plans, AI home valuation (Estimator), lead capture, market data display, and agent notification features for licensed real estate professionals and brokerages. All clients are onboarded through a consultative discovery process and are subject to 01leads approval.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). A one-time setup fee is charged upon signup which covers full onboarding and your first month of service. Monthly subscription billing begins in month two and continues on a recurring basis until cancelled. Exact pricing is determined during the discovery call based on agent count, traffic volume, and service requirements. 01leads reserves the right to adjust pricing at its sole discretion with 30 days written notice to active subscribers.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., acting as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Your payment method will be charged by "PADDLE" on your credit card statement. Paddle handles payment processing, fraud protection, tax compliance, and billing. For billing-related inquiries, you may contact Paddle at paddle.com/support or contact us directly at contact@01leads.com.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing contact@01leads.com or through your Paddle billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced. See our Refund Policy for full details.
The platform may only be used by licensed real estate professionals or brokerages. You agree not to misuse the service, misrepresent your identity, resell access without written permission, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. 01leads reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Lead data collected through the platform belongs to the subscribing agent or brokerage. 01leads does not sell or share lead data with third parties. Payment data is handled exclusively by Paddle and is never stored on 01leads servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
01leads is not liable for missed leads, lost business, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. The service is provided "as-is" without guarantees of specific business outcomes. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
01leads may update these Terms of Service at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
